The goal of this site is to give people information that doesn’t buy in any particular food, but more so focus on a way of living and eating and being. High fat can work, and also, low fat can work.
But get to know where your food comes from. If you like to eat animals, visit the farms in which they are produced so you know the level of care they receive. Buy healthier options from the store. It’s all about intention and what you care about your body.
I personally don’t gravitate towards chemically based foods, but if you do, know that it may take out more of your daily allowance.
