Advice may be good one month or year but not the next

Just because there’s a perfect ratio of nutrients in something one time, it may not remain the same. Your body’s preferences, as well as nature and the composition of things change over time. You can either use your gut feel for things, taste buds, and for nutrients – better yet, a blood test works wonders to identify new changes and potential issues.
