Bless your food, and deeply enjoy

If you’re having a healthy meal, give thanks for it. If you’re having a “treat” or possibly viewed as unhealthy, still bless it, and wish it to best provide nourishment for your body.  Not that you can get away with everything, but still having gratitude for the experience and not having any alarming thoughts about eating something “bad” for your body or something like that.
