Restoring tastebuds and body signals

This idea came from a previous eating plan I was on and while it sounds drastic, it’s actually a route to take to better understand your body’s hunger and nutritional needs.

I’m not saying to always eat every meal this way or anything like that, but it’s something to experiment with once you have the grumption to do so (when you’re sick and tired of unmanageable cravings). It’s not a quick fix and will take some hard work as far as determination goes.
