Sometimes you may need a slower introduction, a lengthened warmup, or other times when you’ve been active already, you may need no warmup and be ready to go. It depends on the day. Or other times you may need to skip certain exercises because that body part is overworked. Listen to your body and don’t overdo it.
That’s why I like dvd exercise programs that allow you to customize the workout. Try it out and see if it works better for you too 🙂
