Try out Kale – it’s an intensely versatile protein powered food

I included this in my diet in large amounts during my own weight loss journey, not only to aid in my body’s transformation, but also for less environmental impact (it was from my own garden, and also takes less resources to grow as compared to an animal), and has a high amount of nutrition to it as well.

Not that you need to exclude meat entirely or say, never eat it again, but if you’re doing something like meatless Mondays or just want to have a salad for dinner or a green smoothie, try out Kale… even a piece. You might like it, or at least the effects it has on your body – to the point where you fall in love with it.
