Fresh apples, Yogurt, Butter, Milk, Bread, Cereal, Oatmeal (3 kinds), Waffles, Cinnamon rolls, apple and orange juice, coffee, and creamer.
Beyond nutritional needs.. All in all, it doesn’t matter what you choose, just that you make the most of it and enjoy it, and learn to stop and pay attention and not overdo to excess.
I had one of everything (just kidding..). Ended up going with a few packs of oatmeal, as my wife and I have snacks for the road. She indulged in a waffle that she hasn’t had in a really long, and I teased about the waffle being junk food and my oatmeal being superior. It was light-hearted and it all depends on what your body can handle at that moment and how much you want to treat yourself and while not going overboard.
I must say, it’s really nice to be able to enjoy flavored oatmeal mixed with an original pack. Gotta love enhanced taste buds that still remain 🙂 I’m also really appreciative of all the variety there is in life. Plant based, and beyond.
