Microwave cooking

Most people use ’em with out thinking twice, and probably have a lot of their meals throughout the week prepared this way.

Could it be that not using a microwave is better for your health?
If you have an over-abundance of food and weight-issues, probably 🙂

Personally, I would strongly prefer the cook to be cooked on a stove so it’s done slower and has more intent in it.

You make the call for yourself, remember, it doesn’t have to be an all or nothing thing for you.
