Recharge your battery

There are many fascinating things to do in life. Arts, music, foods, scenery, carpentry, spending time with others, etc. Sometimes we end up putting too much of our energy into one thing and it ends up draining the rest of our life. This can happen if you have deadlines at work, or just had a baby, or going through some other big life change.  The draining factor is something to recognize when it’s happening and actually take some action to remedy the situation.

Look at your passions in life like a battery.  Don’t forget to charge them before they’re drained 🙂  Spend some time in nature, call up an old friend, count your blessings, take a mini-vacation, just do whatever you need for yourself before you burn out.
